From June 03-04, 2024, we discussed the theoretical embeddings of the subprojects in the current research discourse (especially) on linguistic politeness and variational pragmatics together with Andreas H. Jucker (Zurich) and Klaus P. Schneider (Bonn). The second half of our research project now begins with many new ideas and suggestions.
